Servicing
Like any vehicles, your fork lift trucks need regular servicing to work at their reliable best. Ensuring that relatively mundane maintenance is completed can prevent your trucks from breaking down when you need them most, and can detect faults before they become serious. Arrow Lift Trucks offers a number of servicing options, from fixed-price single callout servicing to fully-inclusive maintenance agreements, effectively insuring you against breakdown and also including all servicing and regular maintenance.
Repairs
We are fully equipped for major repairs, and can fix pre-existing problems large and small. From replacing a broken light to a major engine overhaul, we can repair your truck either on-site or in our workshop on a pre-quoted basis, including transport of your truck to our workshop and a stand-in hire truck if necessary. Our engineers are highly experienced on a wide variety of trucks, and all of our work has a full warranty.
Thorough Examination
Arrow Lift Trucks are fully licensed and accredited to carry out Thorough Examinations, and all of our engineers are fully qualified, and regularly tested on their ability to carry them out. If one of your forklifts was to be involved in an accident, a lack of Thorough Exam documentation could have very serious consequences for your company.
We offer on-site examination at competitive fixed prices, even for trucks we do not normally maintain. We of course can also carry out any work required to bring your truck(s) up to standard, should you choose to have us do the work.
